Research Interests

My research focuses on the construction of robust and sensitive biosensors with peptides and DNA for the detection of metal ions, nucleic acids, and viruses in biological conditions. My current project is DNA reaction driven amplified and digital-resolution detection of microRNA with photonic crystals.
